System Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 2026
1. The Fundamental Privacy Imperative
At Whiz Nordic Gadget, privacy is not treated as a legal disclaimer; it is an architectural engineering constraint. Our published hardware schematics and code samples are deliberately engineered to guarantee that no telemetry, ambient sensor data, thermal readings, or occupancy triggers are ever dispatched to external servers, cloud vendors, or advertising aggregators.
2. Data Collected via This Static Website
This website is an informative static repository. We do not maintain user account registries, do not require biometric or personal profile log-ins, and do not embed third-party surveillance trackers, social network sharing beacons, or cross-domain ad pixels.
Standard HTTP web server access logs record essential routing metadata (such as client IP address, user-agent string, and requested asset path) strictly for network capacity troubleshooting and denial-of-service defense. These server logs are automatically purged on a rolling 14-day schedule.
3. Communication Relay Transmissions
If you choose to transmit a technical inquiry via our engineering relay or email us at [email protected], your email address, callsign, and message contents are utilized solely to respond to your specific technical inquiry. We never sell, lease, or distribute your email address to commercial marketing databases.
4. Local Hardware Blueprints & Home Network Boundary
Our hardware guides advocate for total network isolation. By implementing Matter-over-Thread and local MQTT brokers, all device credentials and state histories remain contained within your physical living space. You hold sovereign control over your encryption keys and data retention policies.
5. Your Rights Under European Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
In adherence with European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, you have the right to request access to any personal correspondence you have transmitted to us, the right to demand rectification of inaccurate data, and the right to request complete deletion of our communication history.
