1. Scope of Documentation

All information, PCB layouts, Gerber files, BOM lists, firmware snippets, and architectural diagrams provided on whiznordicgadget.com are published for experimental, educational, and peer-reviewed engineering evaluation purposes.

2. Open Hardware Licensing

Unless explicitly noted otherwise, original hardware schematics and CAD layouts are licensed under the CERN Open Hardware Licence Version 2 - Permissive (CERN-OHL-P). You may reproduce, modify, and distribute these designs provided you retain all copyright and author notices.

3. Bench Assembly & High-Voltage Disclaimer

Domestic automation frequently interfaces with mains AC electrical wiring (110V–240V RMS) and hydronic heating circuits operating under pressure. Working with mains voltage presents acute risks of electrocution, fire, and property damage.

Whiz Nordic Gadget Labs Ltd expressly disclaims all liability for personal injury, component burnout, water leaks, or electrical fires resulting from the construction or deployment of physical circuits based on blueprints published on this site. You assume full responsibility for verifying electrical code compliance (such as CE, UL, or national wiring standards) and employing qualified licensed electricians for mains-tied installations.

All blueprints, firmware code, and software tools (including the Automation Rule Composer) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that designs will operate error-free under all environmental conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising in connection with the evaluation of these materials shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
